"Sprzątanie Świata"
20 września nasi uczniowie wraz z wychowawcami wzięli udział w międzynarodowej akcji "Sprzątanie Świata", polegającej na dobrowolnym zbieraniu śmieci, które zostały pozostawione w miejscach do tego nieprzeznaczonych.
Żródłem większości zanieczyszczeń dostających się do środowiska jest działalność człowieka. Pamiętając, że nie wszystkie smieci ulegają biodegradacji, a nawet są takie, które, jeśli trafią do gleby, mogą tam pozostać nawet kilkaset lat, nasza społeczność szkolna z ochotą przyłączyła się do tej , jakże pożytecznej akcji. Ponieważ wiele śmieci nadaje się do przetworzenia i powtórnego wykorzystania, dzieci dokładnie je segregowały. Do oddzielnych worków trafiły: tworzywo sztuczne, papier, szkło oraz pozostałe odpady. Dzień ten dla uczestników akcji był wspaniałą okazją do refleksji nad własnym wkładem w dbałość o ochronę środowiska naturalnego.
